Well, to answer my own question, it seems to work!  I downloaded the free 
(7-day) trial and tried it out.  After installing AirServer on my Mac Mini, I 
was able to select the Mac Mini in the AirPlay drop down list from within 
iTunes on the Mac Pro.  Thanks!
