Carl, Gregg, everybody

Thanks for hearing me out. Other World just sent me a response on the TRIM 
subject:

OWC does not recommend TRIM on the SSDs as the SandForce controllers have their 
own garbage collection.

Not sure what he meant by that, but I'm not interested in waiting for another 
drive to completely bomb on me again.
Anyone have advice on how to word my request for a refund? Three drives in one 
year seems like a bad deal.
