In case you were looking for them in ~/Library/Application Support/iWork etc... you've noticed they're not there anymore in Yosemite.
After looking around, I found them here: ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.iWork.Keynote/Data/Library/Application Support/User Templates ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.iWork.Numbers/Data/Library/Application Support/User Templates ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.iWork.Pages/Data/Library/Application Support/User Templates Who would have guessed... I'm posting here, just to make sure that people know since MacOSX Hints is dead.
