OK so it's a newbie issue. UGH! So before anyone else makes the same
stupid mistakes..
How do you install a .pkg file? Double-click on it.
..I'm obviously missing the forest from the trees. I keep wanting to live
in the shell window when I can do things with the GUI. I forget that the
reason why I'm so comfortable in the shell is because GUI's on many other
U*NX platforms are so weak...
