I'm just about ready to install MySQL on my iBook. Should I install the 10.1.5 update first? Or should I skip it altogether?
Also, could someone be so kind as to point me in the right direction for instructions on installing MySQL and related perl modules? I've downloaded the latest binaries from MySQL.com but I think I could use some up-to-date pointers on installing it and DBI etc... (there's a lot of before 10.1 references around and I'm not sure what's relevant) My Thanks to All, -- Bill Stephenson
