I have built Perl/Tk for: MacOS X 10.1.5 and Perl 5.6.1 and MacOS X 10.2.1 and Perl 5.8.0
I followed the instructions found at: http://www.lehigh.edu/~sol0/Macintosh/X/ptk/ Could you be a bit more specific as to how your build failed?
