The conclusion, I thought, was the same as in many other communities: out of respect for others, whether they be prominent publishers, accomplished programmers, earnest novices, cloaked gamers, or even clueless FAQ-ignorers, one addresses and refers to people as they name themselves.
I'm sure the OP has been adequately instructed on this point by now.
Hopefully, he's taking advantage of the fine weather we're having today to get out and stroll around Lake Monona.
