[MacPerl] HTML Email

This is a two-pronged message ;)

First, I'm wondering what modules (and/or reference sites) people have found
useful for using perl to create html email.

Second, I'm looking for feedback (and/or reference sites) as to why html
email is bad, including personal feedback from people. (offlist if you
like.)

Personally, I greatly dislike html email, for oh-so-many reasons, but I'd
like to hear from others as well.
