The AmphetaDesk code runs a simple non-forking webserver, workable in
Mac/Windows/Linux... The webserver loop is embedded into AmphetaDesk.pl,
and the rest of the junk is located in /lib/Webserver.pl... You can get the
latest code from the CVS at:

You may also want to check the archives of some of the macperl lists - in
discussing GUI implementations for the Mac, simplistic versions of the
webserver was posted for testing. I'd hunt them down for ya, but I'm just
about to leave...
