I doubt this will happen. DBI will certainly be provided, but probably as
an extra. The things I have added as bundled modules fall into two
categories:
* Things required for using CPAN.pm, etc.
* Things added to perl 5.8.0
If something does not fall into either category, I might consider it
anyway, but it would have to be something almost everyone will be using. I
can't imagine we won't have XML::Parser, DBI, etc. available for download.
