I've been using 5.6.1a4 almost exclusively since you released. If this
is more stable yet, I can pretty much dispense with 520r4, with the sole
exception being that I still need

SQL::Statement
Text::CSV_XS
DBD::CSV
DBI

installed compatibly.

I'm using them a LOT for some database work I'm doing and the lack of
them is hampering my ability to move forward, since I have to keep going
back and forth between the apps.

I've started testing 5.6.1.a4 with some of the scripts I'd written for
the older perl, and so far, so good.

One complaint I do have is the absence of the spinning cursor indicating
work-in-progress, and a seeming sluggishness in response to a
<command>-. 'stop'. Have you managed to improve the handling on that
yet?
