Should download a tcsh script that will make a target script with a #! line into a double-clickable application in the same folder as the target script. It ought to work with perl or an ANSI c compiled app but the only tests were with tcsh. After downloading you will probably have to make the script executable with chmod +x PrepAPPL.scr Feel free to change its name or remove its extension. Execute PrepAPPL.scr from Terminal with no arguments for basic help. Someday there will be a readme and perhaps a drag and drop version using an AppleScript wrapper. And: If I open ftp://ftp.macnauchtan.com using Finder-GO-Connect to Server I get a Finder crash when an attempt is made to open a window into the ftp site in icon view. MacOS 10.3.2.
