authorize.net's web site says: "merchant's bank account must be with a financial institution located in the United States." I suppose that could be a grey area with multi-national banks...
Next month, I'm getting a local company to build my web site using Drupal. Part of it will include the Ubercart plugin which will provides shopping cart facilities. This will connect to http://www.eway.com.au/ (a non-US authorize.net equivalent) which will connect to my bank's merchant facilities... Karl
