Not sure on the business potential yet myself but I still think it's 
somewhat limited by not running things in the background.
This does not make a whole lot of sense.

However, it's not locked to AT&T, the 3G versions are unlocked.

Any other judgments I think people will have to actually touch and use 
it before coming to a decision.

I did like what looked like borderless windows and popups, they looked 
pretty nice.
