Hi, in your case, I guess you want to modify the MBR, without modifying the
GPT ... Then, the solution I am sure works would be fdisk in Linux.

To make sure the MBR partition limits are consistent with the GPT partitions
limits, you can also try the rEFIt "patitionning tool" which reads the GPT,
generates a corrssponding MBR, and proposes you to update the MBR if the
partition boundaries are different.
