Thanks for the quick response.  Wouldn't you have to crosso  ver frequently
or do you have the Ctrl and Option keys on by default?  I read something
about that option, but don't recall if it's set in VO Utilities or System
Preferences?

This is the major drawback to VO for me; on a Macbook, there is only one
control key, on the left side.  This means that, unless you've got seven
fingers or are strangely double-jointed, sometimes you have to cross your
hands at the wrists.  This doesn't happen very frequently, though, and it's
not a huge inconvenience.  I do wonder about the wear and tear on the
keyboard, though, and am hoping that Snow Leopard will have a work-around
for this.
