You guys won't believe this!

When I came back to write my last message, I closed out itunes. I just went
back over to the mac and reopened it to double-check that the copy to Itunes
library option had remained checked. When I reopened Itunes, it told me
that the volume was turned all the way down. I have *no idea how this
happened, and I would never have figured it out, since I had no problem
playing the copy on my desktop. UUUUUUU8UGHG!

So, the volume's back up, and now the ringtone is playing just fine!

Esther thank you so much for all your patience and for walking me through
this. One things for sure, having gone through the process this many times,
I won't forget how to do it! *grin*
Take care,
Donna
