Hi Esther, Well, double-clicking on the file didn't do anything. So I tried pressing Command-O with the file on my desktop selected--and yes, renamed with the M4R extension. That did cause it to be imported into itunes, at least I can see it in the ringtones playlist. But, when I try to play it, it won't play. Is that normal? Thanks, Donna
