I wonder why I couldn't find Anne's tip in the Mail-archive. Oh well, I did the
following for a consistent means of renaming a table.

1) route mouse to cell A1.
2) turn on mouse keys and press numrow 8 ((mouse up) 25 times. When VO is set
to announce why is under the mouse, you will "a reference tab" at about the
20th press.
3) press "i" (mouse click) 3 times quickly.
4) turn off mouse keys and I am in table name edit field.
5) edit name field and press enter to exit edit mode.
This worked consistently the few times I tried it.
