Ok just in case someone finds this useful!
If you already got Nisus Writer Pro or get it!
You can set up your own keyboard shortcut to open a new document in Nisus in 
the shortcut section in the Keyboard pref's in system pref's!
If you got Nisus already the option will be in the table of shortcuts and you 
might have to check the checkbox as well as setting your own key combination!
Their are other shortcuts ready to use by either checking them on or giving 
them a key combination like open in text edit] if someone finds that useful!
