Apparently all you know is that vo isn't talking. Have you been able to get sighted help to figure out what is wrong. Yes, I too don't have a lot of sighted help and hate being told that, but sometimes there's no other recourse when you run out of ideas. Usually it's kind of hard to know who to blame until you diagnose the problem.
