Many thanks for looking this up. It is my inexperience but I could not really see where to start from the information on the page. For example I understood you need to have a web storage area to hold your podcasts on?
If you can interpret the page better I would be interested to hear. In the meantime Apple vis have accepted my first Finder Podcast so I will probably upload some more material there.
