Good day all: At work, we have a web site which contains a lot of resources, both in pdf and Word f, depending on the particular material. I have already discovered that pdf files with which I previously had no issues are now inaccessible. Today, I opened a Word document and it just says “empty html”. This is really becoming aggravating. Can anyone shed any light on this, and is there a workaround, including anything I can ask the web masters to do to make the files accessible? Thank you.
