I'm hoping to do some more advanced filtering later if I need it, plus those tags show the very duplicates I'm trying to avoid. As to limiting the search, if there's a way to exclude my Time Machine directory from a smart folder, that'd be perfect. I'm not sure how to, though. I don't want to limit this to only one folder, because my AppleVis items can live in several locations, and the whole point of doing this is so I don't have to know where they all are, I can just let the smart folder do the work. > On Jan 12, 2015, at 10:58 PM, Jonathan C Cohn <[email protected]> wrote: > > I can’t test this right now, but what about the tags area of the side bar?
