Hi,

I’m not positive, but, it’s likely that you’d see something in the System Log 
if system access to the keyboard was lost.  If it is some other issue more 
related to software freeze-up, it may be more difficult to find.  Take note of 
the specific time that the problem occurred so that a look in the log file is 
more directed.  If you have those times logged yourself, the Service Tech may 
be able to better locate the problem.  These sorts of issues are rare and are 
usually caused by circuitry problems, therefore, replacement of the keyboard 
itself is a real possibility.
