Hi, With VO on, try this:
• press VO-f8 ()add the FN key to this combination if you can normally change your volume without holding down the FN key) • press cmd-6 • VO-right once. • press VO-space. What you’d be doing here is opening the VoiceOver Utility, going directly to the Sound pane, then toggling the “Mute Speech” checkbox. See if that does the trick. Later...
