Exactly.
Note that you can change those keys to what ever you want.  Although, I would 
advise staying away from any combination that looks like “^~”.
Also, the moveWordForward and moveWordBackward bindings are over riding the 
special character short cuts option-f and option-b.  If you don’t want that you 
can delete those lines.
