Chris,
They do have phone support, but I've been dealing with those idiots for
months upon months now. they told me they have mac computers, but ab, suh,
lootly! refuse to turn on voiceover. They keep saying, it'll crash our
machines! I mean, really? How paranoid can they be! When I asked them how
to know, they tell me, we dunno. Buy it and then find out.
I almost want to sit here and puke at their lack of professionalism. On
Windows at least, they have a darn good product, but their support is
absolutely horrible! at best.
Chris.

Hey Chris,
Dpes PG music have a tech support area? You could probably get your answers
over the phone. Suppose they bring up the product on a mac, turn VO on and
navigate around to see whether anything is labeled. You could tell them
what tasks you wanted to perform and you could determine relatively quickly
whether it was doable with VO, independent of the mouse.
Chris
