Absolutely not!  Band in a box takes just about every ounce of ram that mac 
system has, and yes, I have maxed the ram out in that thing.  The last thing I 
need is to have other resources getting eaten from OSX on top of all else.

  Don't forget about virtualization. You said you have Bootcamp, but why not 
use something like VMWare Fusion to run Windows instead? This way, you can run 
Windows, and the software you need in there, while still booted into Mac OS X. 
You can basically command-tab into or out of your entire Windows session at any 
time. Or, look into a Wine app, like WinOnx, Crossover, or Wineskin. I don't 
know how testing that out would work in terms of your license, but it might be 
worth looking into.

answers over the phone.  Suppose they bring up the product on a mac, turn VO on 
and navigate around to see whether anything is labeled.  You could tell them 
what tasks you wanted to perform and you could determine relatively quickly 
whether it was doable with VO, independent of the mouse.
