Hey Chris,
Dpes PG music have a tech support area? You could probably get your answers over the phone. Suppose they bring up the product on a mac, turn VO on and navigate around to see whether anything is labeled. You could tell them what tasks you wanted to perform and you could determine relatively quickly whether it was doable with VO, independent of the mouse.
