Hi, You need to Interact with the Helper area. It will tell you what’s going on in there. There’ll be a “Finish” button if all went well, otherwise, there could be error messages related to the need to quit any Flash kinds of software. When clicking buttons in this area, use VO-shift-space for the simulated mouse-click. You may also need to use VO-cmd-f5 to ensure that the mouse is focused on the button.

Can anybody tell me what is the best way to update flash player for the Mac using VoiceOver? Every time I try to run the installer, it just keeps focusing on the installer helper. If I click on this, it says this item was removed. Does this mean the installation is completed without VoiceOver giving me this message? I don’t think it is, because when I try to play content, nothing happens. If I press command q to quit, it says quit host, and brings up Safari with the message that Adobe Flash player can not be installed. What am I doing wrong?
