Hello All: I have voiceover set to both character echo and word echo and have since I began using a mac almost three years ago. Recently, I have noticed a significant lag in voiceover during character echo which is really becoming a problem. I have run repair permissions, rebooted the computer and relaunched voiceover to no avail. No amount of hitting the control key helps either.
