Every once in a while speech will just plain quit and I exit voiceover and relaunch voice over and get a message saying voiceover is configured to work with airplay. Then it asked me if I want to Revert to the default output device which I say yes to. I do have an Apple TV and the problem arose after trying to play a video from the computer through the Apple TV. My question is where will I find the setting to turn airplay off for VoiceOver?

My other problem has to do with setting the Volume. When I press the increase 
volume button it doesn't change at all. When I press the decrease volume button 
it comes to a point where It just quits and if I press the increase volume once 
the volume is back at it's too loud point.
