I thought I'd done that. I down arrowed, heard VoiceOver speak my placeholder, 
and typed. Is there more to the process? If I have to manually select the 
placeholder text anyway, I'm not sure I see the value of using a template like 
this at all; it's sounding less and less convenient. Hopefully I'm missing a 
key step. :) Thanks for your patience.
