Hi Donal, Well, I'm definitely glad I'm not the only one being driven crazy. I haven't even tried to chat. I'd prefer to use it on the Mac, because my PC doesn't have a built-in mic, and I don't have an external one to hook up to it. But, maybe that's the way to go.
