Well, at least your not dealing with the iPhone refusing to stay signed into Apple services after reboots. Also networking on ios is now ridiculously slow expecially for secure connections. I thought it was the router but then I realize that LTE had the same problem. Then I realized that encrypted icloud services like the app store and itunes and ibooks think they're signed in but actually don't connect. But if I load a web page in Safari for example or use Facetime and iMessage there's no problems at all connecting. I tried restoring the phone to defaults but the problempersisist so I guess I just call Apple and see what goes on.
