You know, the thing signing out of apple services after reboot? That one, I
have! seen! I thought that was just me.

Well, at least your not dealing with the iPhone refusing to stay signed into
Apple services after reboots.
Also networking on ios is now ridiculously slow expecially for secure
connections. I thought it was the router but then I realize that LTE had the
same problem. Then I realized that encrypted icloud services like the app
store and itunes and ibooks think they're signed in but actually don't
connect. But if I load a web page in Safari for example or use Facetime and
iMessage there's no problems at all connecting. I tried restoring the phone
to defaults but the problempersisist so I guess I just call Apple and see
what goes on.
