The version showing on the feature page for me is definitely 10.11.2. You should be able to download it just as any other app, although you will be downloading the entire thing again from the start if you have an earlier version. Make sure you’re signed in, and answer the prompt about downloading the version of the OS you already have. IMO the way Apple handles operating systems on the App Store—or, indeed, any Apple software—is pretty weird and silly.
