Sighs. I finally used Spotlight, and, yep, did in fact have another
copy of this file. Chalk another one for Apple.

But, alas! I tried it and, while VO was running, tab doesn’t work. But don’t
fear. There’s a way, if we’re very clever about it. If you route the mouse
cursor over the Downloaded button, turn off VO, option-click, and then turn VO
on, you might just be able to get speech. And now, whadoyaknow, the Tab key
now works. Tab, then space.
