When you plug headphones into the Jack socket on your computer, it automatically cuts out the internal speakers. If you want sound from the internal speakers and through a headset, you need to use either USB or BlueTooth.
If you have unplugged the headset from the Jack socket and it is still stuck on Headset, it means that the micro-switch inside the Jack socket is jammed.
