Ramy, I have a Mac Mini and a custom built mac book air from 2013 and I have no problems wit it working.
My air runs windows 10 now in a bootcamp installation and works great both on the mac side and the windows side. It really depends on what you want to do with the notebook that would be my question. As for running bootcamp, it's only a sight related issue when it comes to the windows setup section of the installation as there is no screan reader or speech of any kind I've found to allow me to install windows completely by myself.
