It's pretty simple, and I really should record how sometime. Until then: 1. Open QuickTime with your iOS device connected. 2. Go to File > New > Screen Recording (I'm going off memory, but the text should be similar to that at least). 3. From the options for camera/microphone, choose your iOS device. 4. Start recording. Remember to leave the volume up using the slider in the record options, or you won't hear your iOS device.
