Hi! Just go to make ew video, then, before pressing start recording, go to the pup up to select the input devices. And in your Camera and microphone, select your iPad or iPhone, which most be connected. . Then, press the button to record at maximum volume, as now, voiceOver will go out from your headset if it it is connected to your mac, or through your mac speakers. In that way, you can control what you are doing, and the sound of VoiceOver, music or anything the comes from your iOs device, will also be recorded.
Pros the button to start recording, do what ever you wish in your iOS device and then stop it. This was quick, but I hope it helps.
