I think there must have been a change made in how output sound
devices are handled in El Cap. Under Yosemite I could switch between
Bluetooth and wired headsets if necessary.
This does not appear to be the case under El Cap. If I go into
System Prefs, Sounds, Output devices, I can select the device manually.
But this can be an issue should the active device die then I lose speech.
Is there a shortcut that can be used to switch output devices?
