The «put the output volum in the menu» works. My method with voice over is to go to vo+f8, navigation, mousepointer, chose follow voice over, cursor a choise in the local button. Therefore the physical mouse cursor most often, always follow the voice over marker. I have this as default.
So, when i hit vo + m twice and navigate with vo+right arrow, the physical mouse pointer follows everywhere in osx, almost everywhere, also in this menu and when i come to the volum icon/button, i hold down the option key put the hand on the physical mouse and press the left button one time, being careful not to move the mouse, then hit down arrow and enter on output device. If the first hit on the left button on the physical mouse button It is a single click. don’t work, hit the left button on the physical button one more time. Down arrow. Good tips.
