items. Cycling and Indoor Bike Training. Which one are you using?

Its been a while since I tried making this work and now with iOS
9.3.1 and updated apps, I am revisiting this.
I have the Polar H7 heart rate monitor. Is it possible to get the heart
rate spoken in real time with either the Health app or the Polar Beat app? Well
maybe not the Polar Beat app which was last updated in October.
Are there any other apps that supports announcing the data in real time?
