Okay guys, my bad. What it boils down to is that I'm trying to unlock my Mac Air OS 10, and I thought I needed to do this by connecting to the Apple server. At any rate, I couldn't seem to get past the login screen, and yes, Voiceover is on to read this. Maybe I'll just have to fiddle with it again using your suggestions.
