This morning, while unlocking the phone, not knowing there was an
alert on the lock screen (volume was very low and in a noisy situation),
somehow the phone went into a loop and I had to reboot it. I could not
unlock and go to the app switcher to bneak this loop.
I was concerned that I was returning a call that could have been a
scam caller. After looking at recents, that proved not to be the case.
What I heard, with the help of someone nearby was "all circuits busy".
I'd like to know if there is a better and faster way to deal with
this should it happen again. I have been getting more and more what I
used to think were simply wrong numbers but am sure its increasingly
scam calls. So I need to be certain not to inadvertently do any call backs.
