Hi, Although waiting has it's benefits, the accessibility of an app like Abbyy Fine Reader is not dependent on whether you have 10.12.0 or 10.12.1. It's up to the app developer to fix accessibility issues and/or other compatibility concerns. There are a few cases where the OS is the culprit, but the majority of the time, it's the developer that needs to update.
