In case it's still useful here... I still maintain a program called Clisk, which stands for Command Line Interface for Skype. Among its features, it allows person-specific auto-answers. For those not accustomed to command-line interfaces though, it may be a bit daunting. Its functionality is also being eroded by Microsoft as they transfer Skype to a cloud-based system and stop supporting parts of the Desktop API that Clisk uses.
The web page for Clisk is http://www.dlee.org/skype/clisk/ There is a manual there as well as download access. 32-bit Python is required, but I think that still comes standard with MacOS.
